Dr. Khondoker Asaduzzaman is a Cardiologist with over 16 years of experience as a former Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Sir Salimullah Medical College and Senior Consultant of Cardiology at Asgar Ali Hospital. He is now at Square Hospital and serving patients with his proficient style and approach.
After graduation from Rajshahi Medical College & Hospital he completed DTCD degree in Chest Medicine and then obtained MD degree in Cardiology to earn the necessary expertise. He has several years postgraduate and post-doctorate training in Medicine and Cardiology from IPGM&R, Dhaka Medical College and Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital.
In his professional carrier, he also included advanced clinical training in Interventional Cardiology from Durdans Heart Centre, Colombo, Srilanka. Dr. Asaduzzaman also received fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology from Shonan Kamakura General Hospital, Japan and then another fellowship from Asan Medical Centre, Seoul, Korea.
Dr. Asaduzzaman is one of the pioneers of Radial Intervention in Bangladesh. He is a pioneer of Bi-radial coronary CTO intervention and also a pioneer on Nano-crush in Bangladesh. He has vast experiences of diagnostic coronary angiogram (>25,000), coronary angioplasty (>8,000), pacemaker implantation, device closure for adult congenital heart disease (ASD/VSD and PDA) independently both in Govt. and private sectors.
He worked at Sir Salimullah Medical College and Mitford Hospital, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, ICDDRB and Asgar Ali Hospital. At Square, he joined as a Senior Consultant, Interventional Cardiology.
