Dr. Bidoura Naznin graduated from Mymensingh Medical College. She obtained her professional degree MD (Pathology) under University of Dhaka and MCPS (Clinical pathology) from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS).

She worked as Associate Professor and Head in Dhaka Community Medical College & as Assistant Professor in East West Medical College, Dhaka.  She also worked in Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital as SMO. She gained advanced experience from Osaka University Hospital, Japan & also from India. She has national & international Publications in related field.
